The Way – Official Raffle Ticket and Terms

OFFICIAL RAFFLE RULES AND TERMS
1. Organizer: This raffle is conducted by The Way, an unincorporated church located at 1181 S Sumter Blvd, #160, North Port, FL 34286 (the “Organizer”). The net proceeds of this raffle will be used to fund the construction of a community center.
2. Eligibility: This raffle is open to all residents of the united State of America who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and immediate family members of The Way are not eligible to participate. The raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
3. How to Enter: There are two (2) methods of entry: * Entry with Donation: Purchase a raffle ticket for a suggested donation of $20.00 USD online at the official raffle website: https://HolisticIVexperts.com/20-house. * Free Entry Method (No Purchase or Donation Necessary): To enter without making a donation, hand-print your full name, address, phone number, and email address on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: The Way Raffle, 1181 S Sumter Blvd, #160, North Port, FL 34286. Each mail-in entry must be sent in a separate envelope and will be treated as one (1) entry. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 20, 2026, and received by March 27, 2026, to be eligible.
A DONATION OR PURCHASE IS NOT REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN, AND A DONATION OR PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
4. Ticket Information: A maximum of 300,000 raffle tickets will be sold (this number does not include free entries). Once 300,000 paid tickets have been sold, no further tickets will be available for purchase. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
5. Minimum Sales Requirement and Drawing Date Extension: A minimum of 25,000 paid tickets must be sold by the entry deadline for the drawing to take place. If the minimum number of tickets is not sold by March 31, 2026, The Way reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the entry deadline and the drawing date until the minimum is met. All participants will be notified of any extension via the official raffle website.
6. Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a residential home located in North Port, Florida, with an estimated value of $500,000. The specific address of the home will be disclosed only to the verified winner. * Transfer of Title: The property will be transferred to the winner “as is” via a quitclaim deed. The Way will pay for all applicable federal and state taxes, closing costs, title transfer fees, and deed recording fees associated with the transfer of the property. The winner will not be responsible for these costs. * No Cash Option: No cash equivalent or prize substitution will be offered.
7. Drawing Date, Time, and Location: The drawing will be conducted online and livestreamed for public viewing. Participants can watch the drawing live on March 31, 2026, at 7:00 PM ET via Zoom at https://zoom.us/j/9414440001. The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The winner does not need to be present to win.
8. Winner Notification and Verification: The potential winner will be notified by phone and/or email within seven (7) days of the drawing. The winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of notification. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required documents within the specified time, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
9. Required Disclosures (per Florida Statute § 849.0935):
* No Purchase Necessary: A contribution to The Way is not required to enter the raffle.
* Organizer Information: This raffle is conducted by The Way, an unincorporated church with a state-level tax-exemption.
* Statutory Eligibility Note: Florida Statute § 849.0935 permits drawings by chance for organizations that are exempt from federal taxation under specific sections of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code (e.g., 501(c)(3)). As an unincorporated church, The Way operates under a different exemption status and is not registered with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. Participants acknowledge this status by entering.

10. General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Organizer. The Way reserves the right to disqualify any person found to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise in violation of these rules.
11. Release of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Way, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the raffle or any prize won.
12. Publicity Release: The winner agrees to allow The Way to use their name, likeness, and photograph for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
